I am Self Employed, What is Self
Employed Health Insurance? Actually there is really no
such thing as a special policy only for "Self-Employed Individuals".
There are some companies who only market their products to Self
Employed people, but for the most part this is not a special type of
insurance policy. If you are self employed you may be entitled
to certain tax benefits, which apply to self-employed people.
These tax benefits may include a tax deduction for the premiums you
pay. One of the best tax advantages you can have is to
purchase an HSA compatible health insurance policy. This type
of policy works great for self-employed persons as it allows them to
control the amount of money they spend for health care more
directly, and allows them great tax incentives for placing
tax-deferred funds into a separate interest bearing saving/checking
account out of which health care costs are paid. Any funds not
used for healthcare, can remain in the account and apply for
retirement or rolled over into the next year's health care expenses.
In the past, the US Government allowed Self-Employed persons to
purchase MSA's or Medical Savings Accounts, however they expanded
the program and named them HSA's and now all Americans can purchase
HSA's. |

I am Single, can I get Affordable
Health Insurance? Being single of course offers you the
lowest cost alternatives. Because you do not have dependents
to cover, and you can easily manage your own health care decisions,
you have the easiest choices to make concerning your Health
Insurance Plan. You can decide if you want a zero deductible
plan or a high deductible plan. I would never advise a high
deductible plan, if you do not have the available funds to pay a
large deductible in the event of an unforeseen illness. |

My Entire Family needs Healthcare,
Can I get Cheap Health Insurance for my Family?
Unfortunately the cost of health insurance is directly related to
the number of family members you are covering. However, you
can also take advantage of the largest tax benefits by purchasing a
large deductible, HSA plan and putting the maximum amount into the
health savings account. If your family is really healthy, you
could ultimately, through the compounding of interest, bring your
health care expenses down every year you grow the account.
Since your deposits would be tax deferred, and health care payments
tax deductible, you could leverage great tax advantages in addition
to your tax exemptions claimed on your tax return. By having
insurance you are still covering your family just in case of a major
illness, that would otherwise devastate your family's finances.
One of the neat things about our quote engine is you choose what
family members to insure and the quote will reflect your choices,
only. |

I am Covered at work so I only want
Health Insurance for my Children, can I just get Health Care for my
children? The really good news is yes. You can get
health insurance for one child or all your children. In
today's society many families are comprised of multiple family
units. Sometimes the non-custodial parent covers one child,
while the other non-custodial parent doesn't. Often this isn't
science, it just boils down to the deal made by parents in divorce
court. So if you are a parent needing a policy on one or more
of your children, you can get it from us. In addition
sometimes your insurance at work is extremely expensive if you add
your family members, so in this regard you have the freedom to
choose what kind of insurance you want to place on your kids. |

work is no longer offering coverage to your student/dependant,
you've come to the right place. We offer a number of health
