Defensive Driving Course Discount
- 10%
The
Defensive Driving Discount is applied as soon as you send us your
Certificate of Completion of a Defensive Driving Course. Many
people believe they cannot take the Course unless they have received a
traffic citation. Others think, if they take the Course, they won't be
able to plead "Defensive Driving" to have the ticket waived.
Neither is true. You can take a DDC even if you
haven't
been ticketed. Then if you do get ticketed afterwards, you can take the
course again, to have the ticket waived. You just won't get
the
discount twice. If you take it again, you will extend the three year
expiration of the term the discount applies. The discount
applies
to the auto, you principally operate.

Drivers Training Discount - 10%
To
qualify, the insured driver must be younger than 25, and
still be rated with a class "2" rate class. The Defensive
Driving Discount, and the Drivers Training Discount will not
both apply to the same driver. Only one discount of this type
will apply to each driver. The

Drug and Alcohol Driving
Awareness Training Credit - 5%
So long as you have not taken this course to satisfy a
conviction of some sort, you may take this course and qualify
for the discount.

Electronic Funds Transfer Discount -2% to 5%
Place
your monthly Easypay bill on Automatic Bank Draft, and receive
a 2% to 5% discount on your next renewal. The 5%
discount applies if you insure both your home and your auto

- 15%
New
customers can qualify for this discount on their first 6 month policy

Passive Restraint Discount -
15% to 30%
This
discount applies to Personal Injury Protection or Medical Payments
Coverages. 15% if only the driver is protected and 30% if both
front seat occupants are protected by Air Bags, or Passive Restraints.
You should automatically receive this discount, as your Vehicle
Identification Number, usually has this information. |

Pay-In-Full Discount - 3% to 9%
Research has shown that customers who pay their premiums in
full, have fewer claims. Customers who insure their
homes and autos and pay in full have even fewer. So this
discount is passed on to you. |
Prior Insurance Discount - 20%
If you are purchasing your insurance with us for
the first time and have been continuously insured for the last 6 months
or more, you may receive this discount. If you do not receive
this discount because you were not continuously insured, you will
receive it upon your 6 month renewal. This discount does not
apply to all of our policies, and is restricted to certain types of
policies. You will need to fax or bring us a copy of your prior
insurance policy, in order to qualify for this important discount. |

You're Essential to Safety
"YES" Discount
This discount is for drivers under the age of 25
with a
class "2" rate class, and must have at least two years of driving
experience in the US or Canada, unless the parent/guardian is
rated "Ultra-Preferred" or "Mid Century".
They may not have any citation or accident activity in the
last
36 months, They must reside at the same address as
the
parent/guardian.

Power Deductibles
