policy is needed for anything beyond ten units.

ACV LOSS SETTLEMENT - WINDSTORM, TROPICAL CYCLONE
AND HAIL LOSSES TO ROOF COVERINGS
For a reduction in premium, dwelling roof coverings
are settled on an actual cash value basis, rather than on a
replacement cost basis. This endorsement may not be combined with
the Windstorm, Hurricane and Hail Exclusion Endorsement (TX059.)
For purposes of this endorsement, roof covering
means:
1. The roof covering exposed to the weather.
2. The underlayments applied for moisture
protection.
3. All flashings required in the replacement of a
roof covering.

The Extended Replacement Cost endorsement provides extended
replacement cost under Coverage A - Dwelling subject to a maximum of

replacement cost estimate for the dwelling, and agrees to annual
adjustments to the dwelling limit of insurance to maintain 100% of

OR FOUNDATION COVERAGE
Covers access to a plumbing system or household appliance in or
below a slab, foundation, concrete floor, concrete pad or patio from
which water suddenly and accidentally discharged, erupted,

with copper supply lines and PVC drain lines. The limit of
insurance for this coverage is $3,500 or 5% of Coverage A
(Dwelling) whichever is greater.

dwelling for actual cash value or market value. The endorsement

INCIDENTAL
PERSONAL LINES FARM OR RANCH ENDORSEMENT
The endorsement provides property and liability coverages for the
homeowner whose property is located on agricultural land of small
acreage and the income derived from it is nil or incidental to the
resident. Employer liability is not written and is specifically
excluded in the endorsement.
The coverages are:
1) named perils on Farm Buildings and Structures,
and Farm Personal Property and,
2) Farm Liability.
Farm Liability may be written separately or in
combination with Farm Buildings/Structures and/or Farm Personal
Property. Loss settlement for all Farm property (buildings,
structures and farm personal property) is settled at Actual Cash
Value. All farm buildings must be scheduled, or if not scheduled,
they must be excluded on the TX138.
** Permitted
scheduled farm or ranch personal property includes by way of example
tractors and implements, farm machinery, mowing machines, and small
utility vehicles used for farm or ranch activities.
** We do not
permit the scheduling of recreational vehicles under the TX 145.
Recreational vehicles that are not acceptable include but are not
limited to ATV’s, motorcycles, motor scooters, mopeds, snowmobiles,
go-carts, all terrain buggies, and golf carts.
