Part
A - Liability Coverage
Covers
your liability, for Bodily Injuries and Property Damages, to
others caused by an automobile accident, for which you are determined
to be at fault.
Many people are underinsured today because of the rising costs of vehicles
(making it easy to exceed your Property Damage limits) and the high
Bodily Injury awards in lawsuits. I recommend you purchase at
least the maximum limits which are $500,000 for each person, $500,000
for each accident, and $100,000 for property damage. In
addition
you should purchase an Umbrella Liability Policy
to add another $1,000,000 or more of Coverage. If you think
you
can't afford it, take a look at one of our Power Deductibles on the Discounts
page, and use the savings to purchase the higher limits. Most
of
our customers, who choose to rearrange their coverage this way, still
save money on their premiums. Another reason this is a good
idea,
is your Property Damage Coverage, covers the damage to a Rental Car.
Too low a limit, and you my not have enough Insurance to
cover
it. Don't get stuck paying the high cost of a Damage Waiver because you
carried minimal Liability Limits.
